The venue is too small for the amount of people it's trying to accommodate. I should've just bought tickets for his actual show across the hall. I'm so hurt by this I want a refund which I know won't happen.

I was so excited telling eveyone !! Plus traveling from NC 1st time in Vegas wanting it to be a great memory. I wanted a picture with Usher for my birthday. We stayed from beginning to end (1030p- 3am).

Paid over $400 for the Usher Afterparty and NEVER saw him !! Yes they gave us three free drinks but that wasn't worth the money I spent to see HIM.

We had to stand in line over an hour just to gain access to the venue only to be stuffed inside like sardines!!!!! The floors were sticky, it was hot, and hard to maneuver because there were entirely too many people inside. The event venue distributed complementary entrance passes that caused the venue to be over capacity by the time the concert was over. My friends and I purchased these tickets with the expectation we would continue our concert experience with some additional fun.
